Founded in 2004
The RAMW Education Foundation (RAMW-EF), or Educated Eats, is committed to promoting the restaurant and foodservice industry as a career of unlimited opportunity. Since its founding, it's built a strong foundation by helping students and individuals currently working in the hospitality industry, obtain scholarships to further their education. Last year, Educated Eats awarded $25,000+ to qualified applicants interested in pursuing culinary studies at the post-secondary level. Past scholarship winners have graduated from the finest culinary schools and gone on to work at prestigious jobs and internships.
Educated Eats hosts fundraisers throughout the year. These fundraisers include a silent auction and the Culinary Arts Visionary Awards Dinner, to raise money for these scholarships.
