NPSI2024 Highlights: Baltimore, MD  April 26-28, 2024

DC ProStart students from Roosevelt High School had the opportunity to compete in the National ProStart Invitational (NPSI), which took place in Baltimore MD, April 26-28, 2024. Roosevelt's culinary team and management team brought their best as they competed against 48 other ProStart state teams.  While they did not place in the top 10 winning teams, they showed great skill, professionalism, and performance.  They are excited to participate again in 2025.

What Happens Next in DC?  Our DC ProStart students will begin to prepare for our DC local competition, taking place in March of 2025.   Additionally, we continue to spread the word about the program and work to expand the program in more schools in the District.
